Hi everyone!

I thought I would make a page for all the blog posts where I talk about popular weight loss diets so it's in one easy place. 

As I always say, a fad diet isn't going to lead to sustainable to weight loss. But I do want to consider both sides of the story, hence why I research the pros and cons of weight loss diets and put it into a easy to digest blog post.
